Code of Ethics:
To provide the highest standard of property condition assessments, energy evaluations, and environmental assessments by adhering to a code of ethics that is based on integrity, competency, and skill sets. The following rules of ethical conduct are the cornerstone of all CIA members.

Standards of Practice:
The Standards of Practice provide the minimum standards of performance for a written report on a commericial inspection performed by and for the exclusive use of members of the National Association of commericial Inspectors, Inc. The Standards define and clarify the purpose, conditions, limitations, exclusions, and certain terms relating to an inspection.



Home and Commercial building inspection services Attention: Any unauthorized advertising or links placed on this web site/email or any other property of NBI/CIA will be assessed a fee that will be the responsibility of both the search engine and the company that is advertising or listed in the ad, whether the ad has been knowingly or unknowingly placed it shall be charged at 50% of the rate that has been paid to the entity placing the ad, or a minimum of $1000.
